As a senior management consultant at diconium strategy, Tobias Becker has developed new and adapted business models for customers that want to use digitization as a way to grow since 2012. His main interest lies in the efficiency of digital models in the fields of commerce and production. Additionally, he devises new schemes for sourcing and co-operations to ensure an optimal run of these new business models. He also identifies future potentials of an increasingly digital value creation from the customers’ and the market’s perspectives. At the same time he is committed to the German-speaking entrepreneur scene and promotes innovative business models. Before and during his business studies he has worked as a consultant for operative and strategic questions in the context of e-commerce.
